The arithmetic

A cycle costs
you $340.

A BCBA recertification cycle requires 32 Learning CEUs, including at least 4 Ethics and 3 Supervision. The on-demand catalog alone carries 23 Learning CEUs, with 4 Ethics and 6 Supervision. Four live workshops a year add another 12.

At $340 for the year that is under $11 per CEU, which is roughly the going rate for a recorded webinar. The difference is not the price. The difference is that you finish the year holding 12 completed protocols and a record of which ones were still in use thirty days later.

You were going to spend the money and the hours anyway. The only question is what exists at the end of them.

What is included: every on-demand course including ones released during your term; one live workshop seat per quarter; the tool library, which is every artifact template, checklist, script, and rubric we have built, downloadable and yours to modify; temper checks; and certificates within seven days of each completion.

What is not: we don't do a free tier, and we don't sell a "just the certificate" option. Both would undo the point.

Do these count toward BCBA recertification?
Yes. ABA Skillforge is a BACB Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider, number OP-24-11343. Every course issues a certificate carrying your name, your BACB certification number, the event title and date, the modality, our provider name and number, the ACE Coordinator, the instructor, and the Learning CEUs earned including any Ethics or Supervision subtype. That is what you enter in your BACB portal.
How fast do I get my certificate?
Within seven days of completion. The BACB allows forty-five. We think that is too long to wait for something you need in order to file.
What is a temper check?
Thirty days after you finish a course, we send you a short fidelity measure for the artifact you built — three or four questions and one measure. It takes about five minutes. It exists so that you find out whether the thing survived your real week, and so that we find out which of our courses actually change practice.
What if the course doesn't change anything for me?
Then it failed at the thing it exists to do. Tell us within 30 days and we refund it, no argument and no form to fill out beyond telling us which course.
Are the on-demand courses just videos with a quiz at the end?
No. Every on-demand course has build steps where you produce part of the artifact before the next section unlocks, and a knowledge assessment that exceeds the BACB's minimum of three questions per CEU. You cannot finish one by leaving it playing in another tab.
