We kept
earning CEUs
and changing
nothing.
Practicing behavior analysts, running real caseloads, hitting the recertification requirement every cycle. And every cycle the same experience: a stack of certificates, a vague sense of having learned things, and a practice that looked identical in month twelve to how it looked in month one.
The courses were not bad. Several were excellent. But excellent instruction is still only instruction, and we spend our working lives telling other people that instruction alone doesn't change behavior.
So we built the thing we wanted: continuing education that ends with a product, forces the rehearsal, and comes back thirty days later to ask whether it survived.
The anvil is not decoration. Nothing is forged by being described. It gets heated, struck repeatedly, cooled, and then heated again to make it hold. That is a much better model for professional development than a video and a quiz.
Credentials and disclosures
Everything an ACE provider should tell you without being asked.
ACE Provider
ABA Skillforge is a Behavior Analyst Certification Board Authorized Continuing Education Provider, number OP-24-11343.
ACE Coordinator
Marc D'Antin, M.A., BCBA serves as ACE Coordinator and is responsible for the content, instructor qualifications, and record-keeping of every event we deliver.
Instructor qualifications
Published on every course page. Instructors hold active BCBA certification or a relevant doctorate, and demonstrate subject-matter expertise through publication, practice, or teaching history, consistent with the 2026 ACE Provider Handbook.
Financial disclosure
Any affiliation between an instructor and a company, product, or service discussed during an event is disclosed on the course page and again at the start of the event. Where a course has none, the page says so.
Assessment
Asynchronous events include a knowledge assessment exceeding the required minimum of three questions per CEU, plus completion-gated build steps. Live events verify participation through active responding and scored rehearsal.
Certificates
Issued within 7 days of completion — well inside the 45-day requirement — carrying participant name, BACB certification number, event title, date, modality, provider name and number, ACE Coordinator, instructor, and CEUs including Ethics and Supervision subtypes.
Records
Attendance and completion records are retained for a minimum of seven years and can be reissued on request to verify@skillforgeaba.com.
Not an endorsement
Authorization as an ACE Provider does not imply that the BACB has accredited, approved, or endorsed the content of any event. We do not claim otherwise anywhere on this site.
Accessibility and conduct
Live workshops are captioned and recorded; registrants who cannot attend live receive the recording and complete the rehearsal component asynchronously with an instructor. If you need an accommodation of any kind, write to hello@skillforgeaba.com and we will arrange it. You do not need to explain why.
Complaints about an event, an instructor, or a certificate go to the ACE Coordinator at hello@skillforgeaba.com and receive a written response within five business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the BACB.
